Default Full Cooling panel

I always wanted a cooling panel that would cover up most of the engine bay for a cleaner look, however I have no fabrication skills what so ever I was thinking of calling Greddy and seeing if they sold the cooling plate separately but was seeing if fabricators of s2ki could come up with a better one

Here is what Im talking about:

a custom one before it was bent

finished product

Greddy

Exactly what I was thinking too when I saw it. It would make more sense to have the filter hidden below the panel where it would get cool air and be away from the engine heat.

Looks good
Not sure it's very functional though.
Seems like it would do more good if it went the other way.

So you want it more for cosmetic reasons? I would probably benefit from the cooling. My engine bay gets really hot. I'm non Aftercooled so the heat robs me of quite a few HP. I'm gonna assume your cold air intake goes into the front bumper? If so it should serve both purposes. Are you going to go with the polished aluminum or color match?

Yes strictly cosmetic, the color doesnt really matter but a wrinkle black or polished aluminum would be ideal

the oem air box does exactly what that plate does. when the fan turns on, it directs the hot air being pulled from the radiator to under the car / bottom half of engine
