Default Gears and Nitrous setup question...

i have an 06 with 104k miles. i am dropping my car off this friday to get worked on and my friend talked me into a progressive nos kit. however i want to do gears. so i decided to do both. i am being told to do direct port....and also being told i just need a dry kit. any suggestions? also i am purchasing the 4.56 gears from ricks signature accessories - good reviews? thanks

Jesus! 104k on a 06'? You my friend waste no time driving your car.

All I can say is that your 06' with gears alone will rev up quicker and with nitrous should be a fun time.

Full throttle in my AP1 with 4.77's is fun and shifting is constant.

You are now being told that you should read a little more before putting nitrous is your car... Direct port is a great idea as it distributes the nitrous more evenly into the cylinders. But I wouldn't run a dry kit. Plenty of nitrous info here just need to look...
