Currently looking at skunk 2 or invidia, what would be best? Or is there something better for the same price range?

 

I've got the Invidia Q300 and I really like it, its not too loud but it really screams when you get on it

 

Yeah I have the same thought on the silencers they're ugly which doesn't help if its loud. Dual q300 was the other option, skunk just had dyno sheets to actually prove it done some good, what's the q300 like power wise?

I say the Invidia q300 out of those choices.

 

Heres a clip of my skunk2.. It is droney at mid rpms, especally on the freeway but it doesn't really bother me at all anymore. IMO go with the q300 if you want a quieter exhaust.

i got the skunk2 and love it! it's loud but a test pipe takes away a lot of the drone. would recommend.

Honestly, both of those exhausts are trash in my opinion. If you want one of the loudest and droney exhausts for an s2k, than the invidia and skunk2 are perfect for ya. I've had an HKS single high power 75mm and performance wise it was great. It's also considered one of the quietest exhausts, it droned a little bit too much for me so I went with a T1R 70em and I like it

 

Yeah I've heard the T1R is good, it's just hard to get some exhausts when you live in Australia
I just want something with medium noise output and some power gain
Buddy club is apparently good but they only make single exhausts which IMO looks odd
