Moddiction Anvil 1/2 or Heeltoe oem style countersunk. Don't get the skunk 2; it's just a little bit lower than oem.

I have the Maven countersunk knob from heeltoe. It looks almost just like the OEM knob, but it sits about an inch lower, and is twice as heavy. I love it since it fits my hand well. I use to have a VooDoo aluminum pearl knob and it felt very notchy, this new knob feels better to hold, and shifts smoother.

I'd definitely recommend a weighted knob. Really does make a nice difference. Bunch of different vendors in here sell them if you look in the marketplace myself included.
Let me know if I can help.

Got the BLOX 490 limited knob. Not countersunk, but weighted. Ball shaped knob and I love it. IMO, the stock throw distance for the s2000 is fine so just a weighted knob made a huge difference

Try a light knob (Voodoo, aluminum TWM etc) and re-grease your shifter. It'll feel precise and smooth. Personally I've used a heavy TWM Abrams and it felt numb on the OEM shifter. IMO a heavy knob works better on a short shifter like the AxialFlow.
