Not all the same. There are different diameters and materials.
As far as CEL goes, you'll find people with the same MY car have success while others do not.
My main point here is that don't go off spending $200 on a fancy test pipe; while a $60 does the same job.

Okay. Now that we have addressed the Test Pipe Issue,
What would be a good Header to put onto the S? Again, I want something that will accent the sound nicely and add some solid power gains, without the Raspiness. -_- I HATE RASPINESS if you guys haven't noticed already..hahaha.
Any ideas? I appreciate it guys.

They really are all the same, except the size of the pipe. But 70mm x brand is the same as 70 mm y brand make sense? The sound would really depend on what other mods you have like exhaust and if the testpipe itself is resonated it will tone down the sound a bit but when that resonator breaks it sounds shitty. Hope that helps

Like others have said, just buy a TP from a reputable company and you'll be set. There is really no difference in between brands except for the CEL fix.
I currently have a Berk TP on my car and I got a CEL after a day or two, AP1s shouldn't throw a CEL at all.

For the header: My budget is like....IDK. Just give me a good company that gives good power gains with no raspiness. Nothing is ever too much for my baby. Lol.
I was thinking Amuse but if there is anything better, let me know.
For TP: its probably Gonna be Berk or Invidia.
