Default good trunk battery ground?

hi
i have some isssue with component not working, like wiper not working, heateR not working, fan not starting.
i noticed they are all grounded at the frontt of fender..

i relocalised battery to trunk,( i looked for parasite drain, theré'S no ..)
battery look dead after 1 week, and
after running, looks low battery when restart..
used awg 0/2. gauge bc

i m thinking that it might be my battery ground since it is on the rear strut bracket?

Look where your tail lights ground to.

I have mine on the strut bracket as well but near the strut tower bolt. You are okay where you are but you have to grind out the paint until you see all metal to get a good contact.

Maybe measure DC resistance from battery negative terminal to any clean chassis point. Use a good DVM. Should be under 1-2 ohms. Closer to zero, the better. Tap the wiring and battery... to make sure contact is secure.

Good luck!
