Before you do any modifications to you car pls read up on it before you go on with it...
Slamming your car Isnt as easy and just cutting the springs, theres a bunch of mods/thoughts that should go through your head...If you read and thread on lowering your car, you will run into two main things: camber and rolling/flaring the fenders

WOW 215 in the rear is ALOT smaller than the stock tires.....Having a less of a contact patch to the floor will make your car corner and handle worse that a factory speced car

To answer you question about the rubbing in the front you need to roll the fender and trim the liner. If you plan on spacing the rear then roll those fenders as well as relocating your bumper tab.
Once your roll the fenders Then you can take it to an alignment shop. Drive around and see if there is anymore rubbing. If there is then the camber needs to be adjusted(negative). With your offsets(conservative) your prob dont need a heavy offset
If the shop did not want to do your camber job then go to another shop, preferably a place that only does alignments or a performance shop.

Hope this helps
yeah they deffently are alot smaller but they dont look THAT stretched. and i lowered my car on coilovers so im not to worried about the ride of anything im going to look into trimming the fender liner. and relocating the bumper tab. i have 25mm spacers for the rear to give it that set out appearance.

your info is defiantly giving me a start on this whole process lol. ill keep everybody posted on how im making out.

Running 215 in that back might not be stretched on that wheel but it means that you have a lot less contact patch.

OP your welcome but..
-Are you rubbing in the rear too?
-the bumper tab is only in the rear..
-Trimming the plastic isnt enough, the fenders need to be rolled
-I hope you understand why everybody is freaked out about ur rear tie size choice. The stretch isnt the prob.,its the crazy small tire. Your gonna slide on turns. Wet driving conditions are gonna suck. And take offs ur gonna spin alot

to everyone:

I have no choice on the tire size (i do technically) but im broke! and the smaller tire is better than a bald one! lol itll last me the summer then ill go back to a 245 for the rear on the ap2 wheels..i appreciate the concern though.

You're not using the whole tire with that kind of camber on the street.

If you went driving with a stock S2000, you'd be left in the dust.

But that's the price of "beauty," right?

And your tires will wear faster than a stock alignment. Just as if you were only walking on the inner sides of your shoes.
