a friend is running 255 all around on 63+ ce28's. he rubs the fenderliner in the front and doesnt rub in the back, but hes maxed out on camber at 2.x 3.x. If i were to run the same setup, i know camber matters, but would running 1.0 and 2.0 camber not allow me to run these wheels and tires?

That offsets is really safe and >2.x camber, even with a 255 tires. I'm wondering why he'd rubbed?

 

he's slightly rubbing the inside fenderliner at the track

 

Some tires are just wider than others. It would be too hard to say that they would not hit at all without the camber. The more negative camber does buy you more room at the fender lip.

 

oh well i guess i'll have to wait for wide fenders

 

I am running 255 tires all around with 9in. +50 offset rims all around and after my tires rubbed the fender lining in it doesnt rub anymore...

am lowered to 1.5 fingers with 2.1 front camber.
