Default hangers for custom exhaust

I'm eventually gonna get around to making myself an exhaust and the only part I'm not completely sure about is what to make the hangers with. For you guys that have done your own exhaust, do you just get steel tubing the same diameter as the stock hangers and bend it to fit or what? Seems like it would work fine, just wandrin if their are any better options.

Don't wanna cut the hangers off the stock exhaust either, btw.

I just use bolts and bend them 90 degrees.. works like a charm.. Its under the car anyway, so who cares what they look like, as long as they do the job..
