This is what I have been told, not sure if it is confirmed as fact though...

The CR provides 47% stiffer front springs, 27% stiffer rears 2mm thicker front and rear roll bars which is 65% stiffer front and 39% stiffer rear. The steering rack is now 13.8:1 vs 14.9:1 = 39% stiffer.

There was a great thread a couple day sago about it, big pics and details, however, inn the so called need to eliminate so many CR threads and get all things crammed into one thread it has been lost. I have searched more than once, but alas, lost for no good reason. Sorry, I feel your pain.

the shift knob is aluminum...not heavy ti so idk what the fuss is that its such a good price its in line with any other aluminum knob
