Paint is drying on mine now....I bought Krylon Fusion satin black. I got nothing to lose except the $5 I spent on the paint.

Why would I use vinyl die on a piece of hard molded plastic? The spraypaint is sticking just fine.

Maybe you're confused as to what I'm painting.

It wasn't specifically pointed at you.

Paint doesn't stick to plastic very well. Vinyl dye is dye, not paint. It never comes off, and usually looks more like the original plastic than spray paint. The plastic on the headrest is a vinyl plastic.

I was thinking of doing mine also after noticing that my roll bar diagonal had scuffed the finish. I was thinking about using Krylon paint.

there's a guy around here that has a del sol with S2k seats that did a cool kind of "graffiti" paint job
