Had an HKS as well sounded great but the drone would annoy me on long car rides. I switched to a Fujitsubo Legalis R and love it so much.

I've had 3 hks exhaust with test pipes.. Drone that crazy, seriously?

I also have had the em70 single and dual. Love the dual, single was awesome aswell.

Trust me, you'll appreciate the hks if you've ever drove/heard an invidia exhaust..

UCGordon, if you really hate the HKS exhaust that bad just get another one. You mentioned the Mugen exhaust. I have that and I love it. No drone whatsoever and it growls with a really deep tone. I wouldn't trade it for the world so I really recommend it.

I've actually found that the hks drone is very tolerable compared to other exhausts, but if it bothers you I agree with jjdawg22 and get a test pipe.

Look into the Greddy Spectrum elite Dual...Rode in an S with one on sunday and it had no drone whatsoever. The tone is Sooooo sexy as well. Really gives it that "exotic" sound. Plus its a 70 that splits into 60 mm pipes. Supposed to make really good power...Almost on tap as the straight 70 mm singles.

T1R 70R-EM drones more than the hks.

Get a fujitsubo. That's what I have now. Zero drone.
