Hi guys i just installed a new header for my s2k it was made stupid and the o2 sensor was welded in the wrong place and now i cant screw in my 02 sensor and therefor CE light. Anyone have an idea of what i can do? Idc if it wont pass emissions just don't want the light on :/

No i did get a strut bar from megan that was poorly made but i got this one from speed daddy idk if you have heard of them

take it to a muffler shop/welder and have them weld a new o2 bung in the proper place.

Any idea on price? i wasnt trying to spend that much for this was supposed to be a fun little piece before the turbo

For a shop to fix it, it won't be more than $20 or so. It won't take them long at all.

Well ive asked one shop so far the other hasnt given me a price they havnt looked at it but the one asked for 125 which is more then the header so i said no thanks ummm since it is the primary o2 sensor is there a way i can bypass it with a o2 bypass or rewire something? any thoughts?

id go back to stock if i were you. none of this sounds good. if the header wasnt designed good enough to allow an 02 to be used then you might be losing power as well. just a thought

A quote of $125 (which sounds absurd) is more than the header, that didn't allow for an o2 sensor?? Sounds like a sketchy header to me
