Default o2 sensor

where are you guys buying O2 sensors?

my 5-wire as a direct fit is $330. i would consider a universal crimp on but want it to an exact functional replacement.

There are plug and play replacements (non-OEM, but same company) for <$100.

did you mess it up putting a header on or something? how did it get busted? i cross threaded mine when i put it in my aftermarket header. in the mean time i bought a used one from a member on the board its off an 03 with approx 21xxx miles. i paid 115 shipped...if ur interested lemme know. i never used it, got my header and the o2 sensor fixed at a machine shop.

i am a little hesitant in buying a generic unit and crimping it on because of the application (its a honda, none s2000 tho)

what vendor to use to reduce costing?

most of the newer honda will not take universal unit without throwing codes, code 41 to be the most common code even the wire and soldering is done perfectly.

can't really fix it, don't even try the bosch unit.
