Default Which header?

I currently have T1R 60R
AEM V2 Intake

I want to put this header that I have but not planning to tune ECU. Will I gain HP ? I'm ok with gaining nothing but I don't want to loose HP. My aim is to reduce weight (OEM header is heavy compared to this one)
It's a replica of a certain header which I don't know .. Can anyone tell?

It turned out to be a replica of a DC Sports header

So will I gain HP or loose HP with
AEM V2 intake, T1R 60R Exhaust ?!
stock ECU (No tune)

1- I did post it there and none replied !!!!!
2- I have no dyno around here, I'm currently abroad.
3- I have AEM UEGO AFR. One time I installed Invidia exhaust 70mm, with TP, AEM V2 intake, and the current header, and the AFR showed around high 15's at around 6000-7000 which is too high...
and I noticed the car was slower when I tried with a friend of mine S2000. So I took off the Invidia 70mm exhaust and sold it, and installed a 60mm single tip exhaust, and took off the header too and put the OEM back. Now I have the AEM V2 intake and a 60mm light exhaust. I'm fine and AFR is maximum showing 13.8 at 6000-7000 then drops to around high 11 at 9000 RPM which is very good and normal. I tried with my friend again and my car is much better again.
I want to install the header that I have now, so I want to see if anyone tried my setup before to save me time and hassle doing so.
I want to know if the problem was the 70mm exhaust - header combo.. or the header itself.
