Default headlight question

My headlights have small surface cracks all over the inside of them, and i don't feel like paying $800 to buy new headlight assemblys. Would buying headlight tint help to cover up these small cracks on the inside of the lense?

i know that some people started getting cracks on their headlights after they applied a film to them, such as laminex. they blamed the film. its on s2ki as well. but it seems like you already have this problem so whats to lose. jk. how did u get these cracks?

Do they affect the beam pattern?

i have the cracks too and i dont understand why aftermarket s2000 headlights are like $1000 but every other honda model is between 100-300 also i dont see why no one has just started manufacturing the clear plastic lid over the housing since this is a common probglem i think the cracks are due to sunlight and heat
