Default HeadRest pads?

I wonder if anyone could let me know if it is possible to obtain headrest pads to slot into the triangular cutouts on the seats.

Both my wife and I find that irrespective of where we place the seat and rake we are unable to sit in the seats and have our heads naturally rest against the top of the seats.

We feel that if there were a pad or similar that could be placed within the triangular cut out of seat top that this would give the extra cushioned protusion to enable us to "slouch" back into the seats?
