Hell yeah...
And yes I owned the Blue car from a few years back now I own the silver one with the blue fuel rail covers. The car still handles like stock (torque aside)and we have road raced them at TGPR and Robeling Road with no issues. The two you see completed here both still have the stock AP1 diffs in them and are holding up good to the abuse so far. Now we know that they are going to fail we just want to see when. We (Import Muscle) are working on a rear end conversion to go along with our kit but its still in the design and testing phases. The car weighs 2760 with the swap done well at least mine did on Robeling Road scales at the track. Think about it this way if you were to add a turbo and all the piping and intercooler (all of which is in front of the motor) it would weigh the same if not more than this swap. And with this swap everything is still behind the shock towers. The shifter is just like stock. You can see the one with the GTO covers on it on the cover and inside the April issue of Modified Magazine. http://www.modified.com/features/modp-1304-2001-honda-s2000/ and the blue one here from 2011.http://www.modified.com/features/modp-1102-2002-honda-s2000/
Here is the post from the build of the original one. The blue one you seen above started out as a red car.
Enjoy reading if you have not seen this before.

The ones that are done now use the factory cluster unlike the blue one. We call that progress

I'm not sure what is 'more' difficult maintaining it. Seems any vette shop could probably navigate their way around the car.

What's the point?
