I was thinking of building a 4X4 Lifted S to tow the widebody S.

Yea it is quite amazing but 50 pounds is 50 pounds and for the hp gains there are better ways imo. I suspect the 50 pounds will be bumped up later to support the torque.

Most Superchargers weigh 70lbs.

50 pounds is nothing when you're doubling HP and tripling Tq

The torque is gonna twist everything apart just wait.

gonna have to buff everything up.

Its a cool car for the wow factor but if I wanted a vett I would go buy one.

The torque is a factor and I will be doing a lot of bracing to my car as I'm building it to beat the living shit out of it.

I have had Vettes and one of the Import muscle guys actually sold a Z06 to build his S. I think the S will be a lot more fun and a good bit lighter. I'm shooting for 2300 lbs for mine. I loved my old S but wanted more grunt and this seems to be the best option for me. I looked at Turbo and S/C options but too much hassle and undependable for what I want. I can build a BADASS LS1 for the price of a S/C system.
