Default Help finding a rear lip.

So I was at this show this past weekend and I was talking to this freaky chick with a sweet berlina and she was telling me about this rear trim piece that her husband has that eliminates the extra cut out on the bumber if you have a single exhaust. She told me who made it but I cant remember Its carbon and comes in with either dual or single cutouts. Anybody got any idea what im talking about or where I can find one??
