Default Help with J's Racing Fender Braces Install?

I had my fender off the other day planning to install this, but even looking at the installation directions without any english didn't know where these parts in the center of the pic go. The Fender bolt on part is straight forward but I am having trouble trying to find out how/where those 2 black hoop ring thingys install too?

Thanks for any help! Cheers!

The black hoop rings that are separate from the fender brace it self are slipped into the body of the car ahead of the firewall. You use them as thread points for the bolts to attach the fender brace. The instructions are in japanese but there should be pictures.

The braces help in front end stiffness which translates to better braking feel (under hard braking) and quicker steering response.
