Default Help with Tein S Techs and alignment

I just had my buddy install my Tein S Techs on my 2004. The guy who did the work is a suspension expert who has crafted some of the most extreme air ride systems on trucks and cars. He has also lowered almost every kind of car out there so he definately knows his stuff. The install went easy and the car sits perfect. Everything was done like it should down to torquing under preload. I used the OEM shocks cause I didn't have money for Konis. Now when I took the car out for a nice drive today the suspension is definatley much stiffer. Hell....I can't even bounce the car by pushing in the trunk. When I go over any type of bumps it seems to make noises..seems to be coming from the rear. It's like a part is hitting off another part of the suspension. The bumpstops up front were cut like they should. I took the wheels off today and went over everything and it all looks perfect. Springs are installed correctly. I can't figure it out. Now the car had a noisy suspension stock but this is kind of embarrassing. I had Tein S Techs on my RX-8 and they were as quiet as could be. Also, I take the car to a big Honda dealer in my area for an alignment. They tell me $79.99. Then they tell me thats just for toe adjustment....if I want camber that is $150 and caster is $80. I almost had a heart attack right there. Then they wouldn't allow me to not pay the $79.99 even though they did nothing. They said they had to charge that for rack time. It wasn't even a Hunter rack.....it was some 3D something that I never heard of. So.....now I'm in the dilema of where to have it aligned. Is Firestone good? It's either that or Sears....both use newer Hunter systems. Also, in the past on my other RWD sports cars I would run max caster, negative camber up front with the front's value plus one negative in the rear and 1/16 toe per side. Does that seem good for some spirited street driving?
