Default hit and run

So some ass just busted a hit and run on me and hit my right back side. I tried to chase the pu$$y, but he got away. Unfortunately the cops couldnt do anything for me cause i didnt catch his license plate. Well anyways, the scratch is very minor and i was able to rub it out fine with some rubbing compound. I notice the right back rear bumper is coming out slightly compared to the left rear. Does anyone know how i can put this back in place?? Any advice would be very much appreciated. tHANKS.

What you want to do is remove the bumper and see if the clip that holds the bumper is broken. If its not broke just reclip bumper and secure with all the screws that you took off.

AP2 rear bumpers all have the right rear top corner near the tail light "coming out" a bit compared to the left from what I've read... my car has been this way since I took delivery. Not sure if that's what you see on yours, but just FYI.
