Is hondata flashpro worth it?

Friend installed the hondata with the gernby tune on his '08 CR. I've driven his CR several times without and then several times with. It adds more urgency and potency to the 2.2. It feels more torquey and no question, feels more fun to drive. i wish I could do this with my '03. but i can't, so I bought an '06.
In my mind, the best stuff to do to an '06 is the valve adjustment, billman TCT, and flashpro.

I forget the brand/company...but iirc, for the Ap1 and 04-05-Ap2, there's someone that sells a standalone ecu that comes with a plug-n-play tune that's supposed to be decent (of course, it is also re-tunable, for a better tune). I think is was around $1k or so. I forget.

Just have it tuned by an experienced e-tuner or on a dyno by a shop that specializes in tuning. Someone can really mess things up if they don't know what they are doing.
