So right now I have NRG carbon fiber hood dampers and I was curious to know if they will be ok with FRP front fenders (I have Downforce fenders waiting to be installed after paint)

My concern is this mounting point (look at the black arrow):




Will closing and opening my hood cause any stress to this mounting point of the fenders and cause them to crack?

I have similar dampers and downforce fenders on it right now and it seems to be fine. Haven't opened and closed the hood much though.

Ok, thanks for the input! I will keep the hood dampers on with the FRP fenders and make sure to watch them as time goes on
