I have seen some kits for it... basically they are just mounts and the engine drops right in, also there are mounts for the other rear differential (inlinepro have a similar kit)...

Check for vids on youtube!! there is one s2k on the track with the supra engine...

i almost did the sjz swap, i decided against. i you get a 9 second pass with the f20, that is very special. i dont see the point in swapping to get a 9 second or even high 8 seconds when the supras go into the 7s. it cost alot of money to beef the s2000 up enough to handle the power but you can put lots of power to the ground and get a 9 second pass on a pretty reliable engine.

if you are gonna swap, do a v8 swap so you can just beast everyone you encounter.

I thought about doing this swap my self but it seem like it would just kill the weight distribution and feel of the car.

If you don't care about cutting into the car and want power it's a awesome motor to use as the new heart of the car.
Try getting a hold of ADturbo they might give you some ideas of exactly what it will take.
