Didn't James mention it in another of your threads? I havent done it on my car but helped my bro on his car. Once on you have to jack up the car from the hub so that the suspension is compressed and then once the weight comes off the jack stand bolt everything down on the suspension. Something like that.

^Correct.. What you want to do, is once you have everything back together on each corner of the car, and prior to torquing down everything you have just put back onto each corner.. While the car is sitting on the jack stand, take it one corner of the car at a time, but using a block of wood, and your trusty jack, place the block of wood under your brake rotor on the corner of the car you're currently working on, and pump your jack up to the block of wood, until your jack is supporting and balancing your disc brake and arm assembly. At this point, you want to jack up this corner of your car, until the car comes off the jack stand nearest to you, by at LEAST one full inch. This simulates load on your suspension, as if your car was resting on the ground without any assistance. While your car is teetering off that one jack stand at that corner, torque everything down you had once loosened on your suspension on that corner, down to the proper mfgr's suggested tq spec, once everything is tight and together, let the jackstand and block of wood come off underneath that corner of the car, leaving your car back into the rested position on the jack stand nearest to you. Repeat for all four corners of your car.

Voila!! Done

Hope this helps I've done too many spring installs and suspension installs this last summer, fall, winter, and now spring (officially).. I think I've done a total of 6 S2000's, 2 new STI's, and a new Evo X!!!! Awwwesome car! lol

Cough cough, good luck though man!!

1) ok jack the car up take the wheel off and set the car on a jack stand

2) place the jack underneath the hub

3) losen all the bolts (just losen)on the coilover like if your going to take it off

4) once everything is lose start jacking the hub up till all the weight of the car is is off the jack stand but make sure to leave the jack stand there just incase

5) tighten everything down and lower the jack and repeat to the rest of the coilovers if it becomes uneven just drive it around for about 25 miles and repeat the process as needed

hope this helps
