I just got a Flashpro for MY06 and WOW! All these little things I was trying to optomize,(clutch pedal feel), (shifter height and feel), (seat position), (driving style), just to get the experience I had in my friends tuned AP1 years ago. Put the stock tune on my s2k and BINGO! It feels better than I remember. Took a few canyon type turns out on some back roads and WOW is it a different car!

I couldn't be happier and all advice and guidance on s2ki was right. This is the best mod for the money. You won't feel drivability differences with any other mod for this price point.

It does raise a question however. I have read on here that the stock ap2 s2k runs lean from the factory. Why would they do that if it is such a night and day difference in enjoyment of the car? I feel like they sacrificed too much.

Car Analogy

It only works on dbw S2000's, 2006 or newer. Its the best bang/buck engine performance increase available for our cars. You can really improve midrange by lowering wot vtec point. But its only really possible to do this if you have a hfc or test pipe (our stock cat, while flowing better than most stock cats, produces a resonance that procludes any benefit from lowering vtec point by much).
