Default I Have a BIG Problem

i have a problem.

I will explain it:

a few months ago, i decided to order the CE28N, because i wanted a Big Brake and averybody says it will fit, without problems

I dont knew which size of wheel i have to order. i asked some guys and a few persons said 9,5*17 Offset 35 all the 4 wheels. I said ok, no problem because i have on the Front the JS Fenders(40mm wider than OEM fenders) and the rear Fenders were pulled out 15-20mm, so why not order this wheels. My Big Brake is from Movit, monoblock caliper 322*32 brakediscs.

Here are one Pic from the brake

Now i received my Wheels and my Tires ( Toyo R888 all the 4 tires 255/40 R17)

Than yesterday i want to fix it on the car. But than the problems begin

The wheels are to wide..... The wheels in the front dont fit over the brake

my Hope died....

to fix the wheel over the brake i will need 10-15mm spacers
whyyy???????

i read here in s2ki that big brakes on CE28N offset 40 have to fit with only 5mm spacers. i think that offset 35 have more place for brake as offset 40,is that right????

the problem is, that in 1 mounth i am on the track
and i cant give the wheels back. who here in S2ki drives all the 4 wheels 9,5 *17 offset 35???? and which brake could fit??

What is with Spoon caliper,or JS brake system?? would them fit under my CE28N????

thanks to ben from AJ racing, he helps me a lot and he say that there is a way to make all my problems clear

thanks ben who is a few thousand kilometers away from me

I know nothing about wheel offsets and such but form reading your post I would think you may be better off putting the stock brakes back on for your event assuming you dont find a solution otherwise. Wouldnt the CE28's clear the stock calipers?

HH...sorry you are having problems. Who on s2ki said all would be fine? I hate to remind you, but this is what I said in the thread you started to ask if the wheels would fit:

[QUOTE=negcamber,Aug 15 2008, 06:56 PM] since very few have your mods, it's not likely that anyone will be able to give you confirmation that everything will fit.

If the sizes on the wheels are correct then your movit bbk is probably bigger them most of the others...

CE28 7.5x17 et43 clear Spoon calipers without spacers and with 5mm they clear AP Racing BBK

CE28 8.5x17 et 47 or 40 clear Spoons without spacers and I think they also clear the Endless BBK

strange a 9.5 et 35 doesn

thanx, i want to keep the wheels. my brake is from the braking disc 60mm wide. you know what i mean?

here is a pic for example what i mean. that means, i need a wheel, which is 65-70mm far from the braking disc

i mean the red line

CE28's +43 clear w/ a 3mm spacer. SDUECE has this and he needed spacers

look, here is a design. if somebody could cut it and hold it on your wheels. than you can look, if the brake will fit under your wheels.

you have to cut the line, look here
