Doesn't the effect eventually dull down or wear off due to hand oils and such ?. I think I read that on Moddiction's site, I wanted to get one in that type of finish but not if it changes over time.

i had a genuine ARC titanium and it faded really fast.
Pretty much everyone and their brother makes a "burnt titanium" knob.
