I would use half of it for kw v3 and used 17x9 rpf1's with good tires and put the other half in a cd for savings! =)

hmm.... if someone gave me 7k to spend on my car only....

-17x9 949 wheels & tires ~ 1700
-KW V3 ~ 2000
-Harddog Bar - ~ 600
-Goodrich Lines ~ 115
-Hawk HP Plus (or equivalent) ~ $220
-Harness ~ 200 (?)
-F1 Spec seat ~ 500
-Single Exhaust (new or used) ~ 1000
-And use the remainder for track days and fluids; or for replacing the springs for different rates

pshhh this is easy.

2 options

1.

3550 laskey built block
700 clutch
1800 200 shot progressive nitrous with twin 15lb bottles - hey u said no TC/SC personally i dont agree but there, they were your requirements, not mine

2.

6500 used cbr1000
500 helmet + gloves

now if i was doing it.

7kish mase engineering turbo setup 400whp and up
7kish SOT roots blower setup max 400whp super linear power band

now if i was spending another 7k on my car?

laskey built block and retrofit a mp90 or mp112 blower in place of my mp62

I'll bite...

A way to spend 7k...Hmm, let's see...

Get a HT(whether it be the mugen, mugen replica or spoon or the other one that looks like a spoon but has small side windows). Get it molded out out of aluminum or steel. Fit and weld it onto the S. Repaint the S and no more creaks while cornering. You'll also be one of a kind with an actual S2000 coupe...Aside from those Japanese race teams that have already done it.

Seriously though, put that money away for when your S needs new tires, brake pads and/or something breaks(diff, tranny, motor needs to be rebuilt).
