Default Innovative Wideband

hello s2ki.com

i tried out the bosch 3737 model (http://www.amazon.com/Innovate-Motor.../dp/B000COBT9A) for the innovative lambda controller and had no luck with it. both of the widebands i purchased awhile back failed within 5-6 months apart. is there a better option or this the only route for the innovative lambda controller (aka lc-1 wideband controller).

here's a link to the lc-1 lambda controller http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/products/lc1.php

i'm tired of wasting money so please help me out here. thanks.

do you have any idea what the part number is for the o2 sensor on your lc1 or a link to it? btw, i run a giles black edition e-manage ultimate so i don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.

It's just a standard bosch VW o2 sensor

It's like 45 bucks on eBay google lc1 replacement sensor it's right on their site too. Aem uses the same sensor as well.

My burst guess is you grounded the o2 lc1 harness anywhere in the car. It needs to be grounded the the same spot as the engine grounds to prevent an offset in voltage.

Are all of the connections soldered? Where are you drawing power? Where are you putting the o2 signal in? Stock o2 wire in the harness or direct to the greddy? Need more info on the setup buddy

answers:
1)Are all of the connections soldered? yes they are and all are in a harness that came with the kit.
2)Where are you drawing power? answered in question 1.
3)Where are you putting the o2 signal in? answered in question 1.
4)Stock o2 wire in the harness or direct to the greddy? plugged in stock o2 wire harness.

hope this helps.
