OK, I started out wrong, sorry about that. I guess I don't understand the new talk being that I am in my 40's and yes to some that is old. Honestly, it just seemed like strange point blank questions to be asking, especially from a person who has 1 post history. And I'm the insane one? really? all the people on here with like, IDK, 7000 plus posts on a forum? ugh! please get off the computer and get some fresh air. I have an idea, stop bashing new people and perhaps do whatever you do to your s2k. I'm just f***ing with yeah.

I noticed as I was reading all the hate, (thank you so much) there is someone who commented who lives in Tampa? I live in Sarasota and would enjoy meeting up with you so we could chat more. Would enjoy meeting fellow s2k'ers maybe talk shop get some coffee, etc.

Cheers,

They were very standard questions asking about the mod you just did. Others wanted to know how it was in case they decided to buy a test pipe it seemed.
They were simply asking you for your opinion on the mod you just did. Not insulting you...

I suppose that would be me that the Tampa comment was directed at? You can see what we're up to in our section of S2ki.

There's a great Florida scene to my knowledge. Check the East Coast regional forums for Florida.

Yeah, reading back seems like I'm flaming out, But in my defense, I have been a member for several months here and have used many valuable thread helping me with my car as well as a wealth of information you have all posted here. And I'm not the type of Newbie that comes here to this forum and start asking questions first without searching this data base to find my answers. Guess I was looking for a big hello from the masses first and formost. Even thou, I should have started in the Introduction forum first... me bad.

The good part to all this, is now I will be know as the "Flame Out Guy", not to be confused with the Flamer... lol

I do notice all the FL get to gathers and most of the time, I'm a day late and a dollar short. Also, I feel that Florida's gathering has some sick looking S2K's. Not sure I'm ready for the pimped out considering, mine is mostly stock, not to say I don't drive my car like a witch and to my surprise no tickets yet. Been stopped twice and able to talk myself out of a ticket each time because of what I do in my community.

The only sweet S2K here in Sarasota is a AP1 red with black hard top, with great stance and amazing deeps. Don't get me wrong, lots of mostly stock S2K's here but most if not all, are driven by very old men, lol which is funny bc of my old age. These guys can't even flash their lights when driving by each other. That might be me but when I was in a early 911S club, we would flash each other at every chance we got.

Thanks for reading and I'll think before I write next time...

Cheers,

welcome itsofishel. I too am up in the 40 something group and easily get confused by the new fashion speak like "dat be whack" and "audi 5000" and "smell what the rock is cookin"....hehe. But seriously, its always good to hear from new members, especially about their recent mods and how they turned out.
I'm Audio 5000, gotta go find me a Kung Fu grip Butt Dyno...wait that doesn't sound right

LOL, the Code Wizard visited me yesterday and my CEL showed the fun loving P0420. I'm assuming my next low cost move to keep the CEL off would be spark plug spacers? I'll get a few and start with two and add one until it reaches the frame or no code, whichever happens first lol
