Which Invidia exhaust?
So I've been reading posts about exhausts and listening to various sound clips. I really like the sound of the Invidia N1 exhausts. They seem deep and throaty. Many of the other exhausts I've heard sound a bit tinny to me.
The problem, however, is that when I look at the Invidia website, there's no mention of the infamous V4 exhaust. Just the N1 and the Q300:

I'm at a loss to get up-to-date sound clips it seems. The following, to me, sounds great:

But the following (a V4) sounds pretty much like stock, which I'm not so fond of.

I've checked out the stock vs N1 comparison, but I'm pretty sure this is a V3:

Where do I get an updated N1 clip? Seems like Invidia doesn't sell them w/o blue tips anymore either.
So it would seem I'm still on the quest for some growl...

Got it. Now to just save up a little $$$ for the Q300 and a 70mm high flow cat.
70mm will work fine on a stock NA engine right? I plan to go turbo eventually so I'm building up the exhaust first. But is the 70mm too UN restrictive?

N1 is sweet. I love mine But it is certainly not for everyone. I knew what I was getting into when I bought it. My wife on the other hand not so much of a fan and not looking forward to the 16hr drive to the Dragon in April
Just got my Invidia Test pipe too and looking forward to the change in tone

BTW the last vid is deff the N1 exhaust, and I believe the 1st is also.
You can polish the blue off if you want just takes a few bux in materials and a few hours.
Only gripe I have is the exhaust is b*tch to line up because the exhaust angles out. I have to tweak mine a bit now that it has some miles on it to get it all squared up again.
