i will be paying a muffler shop to do it for me, but i need specs on the header, someone, please?
The valve cover, VTEC solenoid, black heat shield, factory air box, passenger side engine mount, water lines for the heater, fuse box must be undone and moved out of the way The engine has to be jacked up and tilted hard to the drivers side. One other thing you should loosen the A/C lines as well to prevent kinking them.
Once you shoehorn it in to place you will no longer be able to use any heat shields at all. You will have to make one or modify the factory black heat shield.
The job will take two men a quarter to half a day to install.

Im glad my berks header only took me 1 hour to install and all I had to remove was the heat shield. That header looks like a pain in the ass.
I helped a friend install it at my shop. I have the Megan and it was very easy to install like your Berks Trending Topics

Puddydad, did you ever post whether the gains justified the install?
The header was installed in Dean
