Thumbs up Invidia q300 with header

I have been trying to find sound clips of the q300 with a header and a hfc but have had 0 luck. Does anyone know what kind of sound this would produce? I just dont want the buzzy/raspy sound that some of the exhausts on the s2000 produce and i dont want it to be ridiculously loud. I plan on getting the berk highflow cat and either the fast forward header or the j's racing.

anyone have experience with a similar setup? or have a sound clip?

I wish there was more Q300 media on the net, but it's a fairly new exhaust so vids are hard to come by. In any case, I want one and will probably be ordering a Ti Q300 in the next month or so in preparation for spring.

videos are VERY hard to come by. There are only 3 good ones on youtube.

i have the ti q300 but i removed the "ti" tips and had my oem ones installed. It sounds awesome with stock header and stock cat... It is significantly deeper and only a little louder than stock. I want more power but i dont want to make it sound bad lol.

I have an ap2 and i didn't think the smaller tips looked good in the exhaust cutouts. . That and the burnt blue looking tips aren't really my style.

i had these exact setup. ricks header, berks hfc, and q300.

sound was mellow. a bit deeper, only slightly louder than stock. no drone, no rasp.

i really liked it. didn't need to worry about cops either. definetly changes the look and feel of the car, but doesn't go overboard.

i'd do it again. what i wouldn't do again is my invidia 70mm single or the 70mm dual i had. wow.

this exhaust retained all the power of the dual 70mm but without the ear piercing sound. the trade off is a bit more weight. the q300 only cuts about 10lbs of weight compared to the 25lbs + you get from most other duals.

but if you aren't a race car...15lbs isn't going to matter on the street or recreational tracking.
