i've had 3 Invidia exhausts to date and the fitment and quality of the welds was outstanding. not a single issue.
my HKS exhaust which has the JASMA plate on it did not impress me much

They're really similar. The Fujitsubo has a larger resonator IIRC, so at cruising speeds it might be quieter.
It's a toss-up...I say go for the Invidia and save some cash.

jdm fuji vs TDM/CDM invidia.
fujitsubo might not make power but i'd say its quality is great, better than hks, tanabe, greddy, and most of the general vendors.
invidia, RSR's former taiwan supplier, they have hits and misses and to be honest (i'm taiwanese), i'd rather have a quality japanese part on my car than a taiwan/ china made piece.
