Issues with Hardtopguy?
Has anyone had any issues with HardTopGuy lately?
Ordered another ap2 front lip and got some sort of email saying that there was an error processing request or that we need to do further action for it to be completed.
Strange thing is (via paypal - credit card); money has already been deducted from account, we filled out the form in the "contact us" tab, no response thus far, and their old number (at Honda or something) no longer applies to them (we called and they said 'Jeff' doesn't work there)..
Anyone have a cell phone number or direct email or insight on this?
Is Handa-accessories a better choice? thanks.
Happy new year.

He's been hit & miss for years now. Handa-accessories is great, as is Majestic.

Personally I would open up a paypal claim right away and waste no time on correspondences.

Went with some local guys here willing to help me out at Honda.

Had no problem ordering cr turn markers from him. I guess it's really a gamble.
That said most of the time I now just order from Honda parts cheap and I just have it delivered to my local dealership.

These issues have been going on for a few years, some guys have great service others just get ignored. I fell under the latter category a couple years ago and had to get a refund from my credit card company without a word from HTG during the entire process. I think if your parts are in stock and ready to ship you get good service, if the parts are on back-order your money is taken and you hang in limbo at his convenience. Not my way of doing business

Same here, which is why I ordered from them - and as to why I have now disputed this with the CC company and am getting a refund.
Won't ever attempt to order from HTG again. I'd rather go to handa-accessories.com

Well, this thread is a bummer; not cool to find out a vendor that's s2000 savvy is (no longer) reputable.
Iirc, I've ordered once or twice from him, with no issue.
I've used H&A many times (both Honda and Acura) with nothing but seamless transactions.
