Iirc, I've ordered once or twice from him, with no issue.

I've used H&A many times (both Honda and Acura) with nothing but seamless transactions.
Lots of guys continue to get great service from HTG, and a few people will tell you that he has gone out of his way to help them out. Just once and a while someone gets caught in a bad situation with him which is hard to explain, I think his lack of response in those situations makes it appear to be worse than it really is. If he just responds to people and explains why delays are in order it would go a long way to resolving some of the complaints. I've never felt that he was out to rip people off, not even in my case, it is just poor customer service skills IMO.

I ordered alot of things from him and some came quickly and some I had to complain about. At the end of it all, he was pretty responsive when he had to be and gave me good customer service. From what I read somewhere here, it's a one man show and he was sick for a little while. I don't think you have to worry about NOT getting your stuff from him.

You ordered the spoiler on Dec 30th at 6:31pm. We were closed on New Year's Eve and New Years Day. The order was processed on Friday and shipped out on Monday.
No emails received from you or phone calls. No text messages either.
Not sure what more you wanted. This order was processed and shipped as fast as it could have been given that there was a Holiday.
Then you claim the transaction was not authorized as your reason for dispute??

Yes there have been problems in the past and it's ALWAYS when I'm working for a dealership and the parts department is filling the orders. When I'm out on my own, things runs smoothly. Just not sure what more I could have done with this order.

I recently ordered an AP1 front lip hardware kit (and maybe some other small items, I forget) from him. It was processed, shipped and at my door a few days later. I've probably made 5-6 orders through the years with zero issues.
