Default J's Racing 5.1

I was just going through some online stores and noticed that J's Racing does a 5.1 ratio for the differential. Now I know a lot of people have the 4.77 and LOVE them... just wandering if anyone has these installed? If so are they even more fun than the 4.77??

CLICKY

Cheers

I think the 5.10 would be waaaaay overkill. You'd be shifting all the time. I have 4.77's now and revs shoot up pretty quickly.

Yeah probably a bit much. I would like to try some 4.9 or so gears but 5.1 would be intense I would think. I am sure it would be fun but would def hurt more than it helped out I think..

i think the 4.77s are right on the edge. acceleration is great but 5.10 gears having first gear tapping out at something ridiculous like 25 mph @ 9,000 rpm is a bit much and i wouldn't want to have to go to maxing out third to hit 60 mph. with the 4.77s i'm shifting into third at 'round 55 mph...

Damn I thought these were a joke when someone mentioned them in the "Street Encounters" but wow. I am thinking 4.77's are aggressive but wow..
