I bought the J's Racing Type S Carbon fiber hood for my S, but i failed to think about rain protection. Is there anything that I need to do to keep rain from ruining my engine. I know, I know, should have thought of this before the purchase. But now I've searched the internet, including J's Racing site (in ego) and there isn't an addtional rain protector for this style hood. Any suggestions???

 

You don't have to, nothing will be broken in the engine room but a bit dirtier. Just clean it more often.

 

I'm using the following guide to make a rain guard for my Varis bonnet as it was missing when i bought the car (shipped from Varis Japan is very expensive) and i dont want anything rusting in my engine bay.
