It crossed my mind at first, but the tip is welded on and it looks like it sheered off clean so idk

So I've reached out to J's and they said they don't sell just the tip section. They said I would need to purchase a whole new muffler section, cut up my current muffler, and weld the new one on, which is just way to expensive for me to go through with.

Reached out to a few local exhaust fabrication shops and their prices aren't too different to make me just that section.

Found this site: https://www.privatelabelmfg.com/prod...fler-js-nw.htm

Wanted to get some opinions.. the muffler they sell looks like an exact copy.. Was thinking of picking this up and having a shop cut the tip section and weld it on mine.

You guys think I'll run into any issues fitment or looks wise?

I'm just as surprised as you are..

Yeah purchased brand new from J's Racing USA. Think I got it June or July of 2018.

J's was asking like $380 something shipped I believe.

I'm not surprised tbh. J's quality & durability is notorious for being like knockoff levels.

Their aero is crap too, if it weren't my favorite visually I'd be running anything but J's.

Agreed, I am not a big fan of J's for that reason as well.

If it isn't the titanium version, then any exhaust shop local to you can bend a pipe to match J's angle and weld it on. After that if you still want the burnt finish, just torch it.

Quick Reply: J's 70RR
