Default J's Racing Tsuchinoko Intake Hardware Placement

I previously purchased a used (never installed) J's Racing Tsuchinoko Intake, but it didn't come with any instructions. I tried contacting J's Racing directly, but didn't have any luck. I was hoping somebody here, who's installed one previously, could help me identify where some of the hardware is supposed to go.

Here's a photo of the hardware I'm talking about:

I have three sets of the zinc plated screws and nuts shown on the right in the photo. I was guessing they were for mounting the J's Racing "snorkel" support bracket to the mounts that originally held up the OEM airbox. However, that doesn't require the use of nuts, since they seem to just thread into the OEM brackets. Plus, there are three sets of them and the J's Racing bracket only mounts to the car in two places. The zinc plated screws also don't fit through the hole on the "snorkel," so I don't know where the third one would go.

Then, I also have no idea where the flexible rubber bushing with two threaded studs, shown on the left in the photo, is supposed to go.
