Default JS2K Chrome Bulb vs. LED Side marker

Howdy y'all,

I have searched through the forums, and cannot seem to find a comparison of Joey's chrome bulbs and his LED conversions for the side markers.

I would assume the LEDs would be brighter, more vivid, and quicker, but I would rather a concrete answer.

Has anyone had both, or have seen both to know which is preferred?

I just got my clear side markers in the mail and am interested in switching out those god awful orange bulbs in there.

The chrome bulbs are for the turn signals in the headlights after you get clear diffusers. The leds are used on the side markers. Get the leds.

Thanks, just put my order in. Can't wait!

Rick is still the only person doing clear diffusers for ap1, huh?

I have the led turn bulbs for all my signals f/s/r. And I love them super bright but they hyper blink without a relay or resister

I originally bought the leds from him which I loved but after I got them in and did a little looking around I found them to be very overpriced for what they are. He's a great guy but the normal leds (parking light, license plate light, normal trunk led, and side marker led bulbs will run you about 50.00 from him and you can buy like 20 of them off eBay for maybe 10.00 and they look identical. I have his supernova trunk lights and supernova dome light and I find them to be worth the money as they aren't just simple leds. I know profit gas to be made but charging 15.00 for a 2.00 led bulb is a little much.
