Default K&N drop in filter

Hey guys n gals

So i just bought my S
2008, white with 15000ks or +- 9000 miles,

Wanted to know what your thoughts are on putting the K&N drop in filter

I have one, no complaints. I should probably wash and re-oil mine as I can't remember when I last did that. I'm happy w/ the K&N.

Probably not much different than the OEM other than it is reusable and the OEM is single use/throw away.

^^That. Might change sound a little and some throttle response improvement. Worth it for the reuse application.

this is what i use.
the TR is def noticeable.
makes a great sound.. deep but not too loud.

i love it.
on cool nights, i leave the lid off the box and get some extra TR.

could be placebo but def worth the money if you dont want to spend $300+ on other intake systems or wanna stay pretty stock.
