Default koni yellow setting

It might sounds weird but does anyone knows if it s possible to set the rear springs on the lower pearch of the shocks and the front ones on the higher one?
My S is actually lowered on eibach springs with the oem shocks and I find the drop is perfect for the front but I would like to add that extra 1/2 inch in the rear. Would it causes any problem?

I dont' see how it could cause problem unless you're bottoming out. How much travel is left on the koni with lower perch?

I have no idea how much travel is left, I don t already got the shocks. I wanted to know before ordering them but I guess since the lower pearch is 1/2 inch lower than the oder one, the difference of travel should be the same. I guess it s like running on coil over and have the ones in the rear sitting lower than the front, but I m just not sure at all.

When you say "add that extra half inch", you mean lower and extra half inch right? If so then yes you can leave the fronts on the upper perch and just put the backs on the lower perch.

you should have no problem if it would cause problems koni wouldnt have that lower perch feature. I want to get these and set the front a half inch lower cause if you have an even drop the front looks highers cause on hondas the rear quaters sit lower than the front fenders so it makes it look like the front is higher.

eibach prokit is pretty soft, if you go anything under 1 inch of drop you'll get more stroke than you want to have.

of course it can be done as far as hardware goes but i wouldn't go that low with a soft spring(15-20percent firmer than stock when you compare to the hard 00-01 setup)
