Koni yellows....
I'm about to pick up some used Koni yellows and I wasn't sure of what I'll need for the install. I know I can just use my factory top hats and rubber bushings(which have to get drilled wider). What about the metal bushing that goes around the top of the strut and through the top hat? Not sure if the seller has this, and I'm not sure if it can be purchased somewhere else or through Koni. Also, will the OEM top nut thread onto the Koni strut?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I just put the koni/ground control setup on mine. I went to the hardware store like tru value or ace hardware and got new sleeves there. The washers I ordered from honda, brand new factory ones and just drilled them bigger. I would say take your strut and mount in to the hardware store and match up some stuff. The strut nut on top is different from stock too, I'm not sure what size, when I bought my koni's they came with new nuts on them.
The rod on the Koni's is bigger than stock. I drilled out my washers and my sleeves. It is a PITA. I broke 2 drill bits drilling the sleeves. but they ended up working out great.
Like lemonjuice said just take the strut with you to a hardware store and match everything up. Just try to get the best quality hardware the store has for it. No reason to cheap out on suspension stuff.
