Default Led strip in Headlights

Anyone ever purchase these headlights before?
http://reviews.turbometal.com/2004-2...006-2007-2008/

I like the idea. I'd think it make the s2k look more modern. Im not a fan of the leds strips that run from one side all the way to the other.

I googled for pics, but didn't see any action pics. I would think with slight modification (better leds), the output would be better.

Check out the EVO X and 350Z in this website: http://spyderauto.com/

If we could get those leds to take the shape of that in my first link, i think it would like nice, clean, sleek, and modern.

I thought LED strips were so sexy and modern when I seen them on the first Audi, but sadly I now see them as rice. Ebay venders and every other car on the road with LED light strips has ruined the look. Halos are just as bad. The moment I totally got turned off by LED strips was when a ford F-150 behind me had them, yuck.

Well, I like them just as long as they're tastefully done. Some may call it rice, but it is also good for DRLs (even though we already have DRLs)

Stay away from these I have first hand experience with the second set pictured on that link and they are garbage. Flimsy and cheaply made. The projector output is not good. They pale in comparison to OEM. The Oem give off more light and have a much wider horizontal range mainly because of the difference in the "bowl" and the concavity of the lens. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY. Although these headlights mimic the cutoff found in OEMs they have some big dead spots.

The leds are inferior to say the least. They are NOT as bright as shown in the pics. Especially not the Halos. The actual set I came across wasn't properly sealed with silicone either..hence the condensation that occurred one night when it rained. I popped them open to check them out and trust me when I say these things are as cheaply made as it gets.

I like to try ebay / replica parts just to see if I can save a buck or two, but sadly these were a waste of money and I will NEVER recommended these pieces of sheit!

I will post pics if your still not convinced.
