Default LED Wind Deflector

I'm thinking about buying or making a wind deflector that lights up with an etched "S2000." Does anyone have any experience with these? Are they distracting in your rear view mirror? Do they impair visibility?

Thanks, and Merry Christmas to all.

I've seen one on ebay before for sale in different colors.
I personally would think it would catch your eye when looking behind to see if a driver is there especially at night and would be distracting but maybe not.
I installed led's in the interior door handles and the reflection of the right one shows on the wind diflector at night and even that distracts me a little bit.

Where did you get yours? or did you make it?

I came across someone selling a few deflectors a couple of days ago. One of them lit up that way. I can't find it now- can't even remember the site.... can't believe i didn't buy it...

looks cool but in oregon and cali it cannot be blue. Blue is only for emergency vehicles.

Are there instructions somewhere to DIY this or a site that provides this service?

I know of these guys: http://www.hi-tecdesigns.com but have no idea how to wire anything.
