I just had the spoon organic clutch, spoon lightened flywheel, and spoon pressure plate installed with a new throw out bearing on mine.

I absolutely love it. The engagement is a little quicker but pedal pressure is just a little lighter. I can tell the clutch grabs much more than stock.

If you play video games and up the sensitivity on your controls, that is what this flywheel is like. I would say it revs and drops about 1.5 times quicker.

I agree with Sideways, I installed a Comptech lightweight flywheel and I'm using the ACT clutch and disc.
I have the Comptech SC and it has really made a difference over OEM.

Depending on the flywheel it could be anywhere from 2.5 and up. I also start off at about 2k with my ap1. And the car shouldnt slow down any quicker, and it will be alot more responsive. Alot of people have the ACT flywheel and say its slightly lighter than the ap1 and lots of people have been real happy with it. I personally would bother unless I had to change my clutch, then ill go ahead and replace the flywheel too. If not doing it yourself installing a flywheel can cost about a grand. Installing a clutch and flywheel should cost the same as just installing a flywheel alone.
Yeah I have an ACT clutch and Flywheel.. I cant wait to get them installed. The ACT flywheel is about half the weight of the OEM one. Its 8.6lbs for the ACT and OEM is like 16ish??

However, a grand to install?!?!? Every shop Ive gotten a quote from has been no more than $300. A grand is about the price for all the parts including install if that is what you meant.

Theres no way you can get a clutch installed for $300, maybe for a civic or something. The lowest ive ever seen is about $800 without parts. Honda charges about $1600 so that should say something lol. Remember its a rwd car and it takes much more time/effort to do than a fwd car. Clutch installation is usually about 5-6 hours of work.

Then I am getting some extremely good hook ups then for the install. I have worked with all but one of the shops i went to before in the past, but even still, the highest quote i got was $300. Even here in korea the prices ive been quoted are also about 300k won which is roughly 320 dollars.
